Jon W. Furner, President and CEO

Mr. Furner brings over 20 years of technology, IT Transformation, outsourcing and leadership development consulting and operations experience with large Fortune 100 companies across financial services, government, pharmaceutical, natural resources, retail, and automotive industries.   He was most recently a senior Director in Accenture's Outsourcing business development and operational enablement practice, a group specializing in planning and implementing IT and outsourcing best practices to drive significant cost savings and return on investments.

Mr. Furner successfully led the development and implementation of large $500 million and $1 billion projects. During these engagements he was responsible for planning and implementing the people, process, and technology changes required to transition and transform IT organizations with an eye on achieving measurable, client-defined results such as reduced operating expenses and improved quality and satisfaction metrics. He is recognized as a pioneer and visionary of how to enhance the optimization of IT performance through new and innovative solutions.

John Sherman, Vice President, PMP

Mr. Sherman has more than 25 years experience in IT Governance and Project and Portfolio Management consulting, technology, and operations with large global customers.  He as most recently a Vice President Software Engineering and Development for Enterprise Services at Fidelity Investments. Mr. Sherman was responsible for designing and architecting PPM, Quality Management, Performance Testing, and Infrastructure Operations solutions for Fidelity Investments.  He also has extensive experience with ITIL methods and best practices.

Russ King,  Vice President of Product Development

Russ King brings over 20 years of experience enabling Enterprise IT organizations to gain value from solutions primarily focused in the ERP and PPM spaces.  Mr. King was most recently responsible for the PPM Product Management team at HP.  Prior to his role with HP, Mr. King has spent the past 15 years with Chainlink, Kintana, Mercury, and HP in varying roles associated with the PPM Product.  Mr. King has also spent time with Oracle managing ERP implementations for several fortune 500 companies.

Ben Perkins, Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Mr. Perkins has over 8 years of experience with IT Governance and Project & Portfolio Management.  Mr. Perkins was most recently a founding member and president of the leading HP PPM and SM implementation partner in the Asia Pacific region.  Mr. Perkins played a key role in expanding the company to twenty people from early 2008 through March 2011.  Prior to his work in the Asia Pacific region, Mr. Perkins was a PPM Practice Manager and played an integral role in building a thriving PPM practice.  Mr. Perkins has worked with several Fortune 100 companies over the years to restructure SDLC, business, and project management processes including Wachovia Bank, Constellation Energy, VMware, AOL, and the Department of Education.

Troy Wood, Vice President

Mr. Wood has over 20 years of progressive leadership creatively applying technology, process and organizational change to solve complex business problems including support of 21 CFR Part 11, SOx, OMB-300, FISMA, and DOD-5015 compliance for large and medium sized enterprises, government, and non-profit organizations. He has strategic management experience in business technology consulting and enterprise solutions delivery with proven ability to bring the benefits of IT to solve business issues while managing costs and risks. With deep expertise in IT Governance and Project and Portfolio Management, Mr. Wood has architected several enterprise PPM solutions for major clients.

Most recently, Mr. Wood was Director of Consulting for Federal and Mid-Atlantic in CA's Professional Services Group, focusing on PPM implementation services. Prior to CA, Mr. Wood led and managed complex ITG/PPM projects in Financial Services, Insurance, Aerospace & Defense, and Pharmaceuticals/Biotechnology industries for HP Software (formerly Mercury Interactive). Prior to HP Software, he held SME and management positions at Perot Systems and Clarkston Consulting. Mr. Wood is a U.S. Army combat veteran (Airborne Infantry) who served with distinction.

Janet Gardner, Vice President

Ms. Gardner has more than 30 years experience in the information technology and outsourcing arenas, Ms. Gardner has worked across a wide variety of industries including communications, health care, finance, insurance, pharmaceuticals, natural resources, technology, and government providing a wide range of application management, process, productivity, quality, project, product, and portfolio management services.  She has worked for and with Fortune 100 companies as well as those with smaller revenues and markets.

Mostly recently at Accenture, Ms. Gardner was the Director of Quality for the outsourcing business, and was responsible for developing the process model behind their very successful application management methodology, as well as the associated metrics and quality assurance programs.

Richard C. Howe, Director PPM Services

Mr. Howe brings over 15 years of technology, application development, and IT Governance consulting experience in the financial services, energy, and government markets. As an experienced manager with  Accenture, he was responsible for architecting, leading, and managing the implementation of multiple installations of Kintana, Mercury's ITG and HP's PPM products.
